2020 is the year of rebirth, clarity, purity, and hustle. This whole year, black women showed it. No offense to the fellas, of course, we have been seeing you grind as ever, but us black women, we’ve been working REALLY hard x2. All I’ve been seeing is us opening up Mutilple businesses, creating so much art and beauty within our women is just like we told the world, “F*ck it, ima just do it myself”
I kinda want to talk about Mrs. Beyoncé of course, if you guys didn’t know. I’m a HUGE fan and I just love how she brings nothing but pure DOPENESS when she walks in the room. She just recently dropped a visual album called “Black is King” on Disney Plus, and I must say, I absolutely love this visual. From the out
fits to the background and the designs she chose, Beyoncé once again showed us WHY she is Queen B.
Black is King is a tribute to Black Power, Black Excellence, and Black History as she takes us to Africa, aka our Motherland. As you may notice, she referenced some of our favorite Disney stories like Prince of Egypt, and of course the Lion King. As I am watching this for the 5th time, I really admired how Beyonce em
braced us black men and women and here to tell us, that we should be proud of who we are as black people.
Let me remind you, that black people are innovators, creators, and brains behind everything that you see, touch, or hear. As society takes that away from us and we are seen as animals, low class, and unintelligent, I'm here to tell you all that you are all Kings and Queens. Don't ever let people tell you any different. God gave you all a special talent, use it. Black is beautiful, and no one can take that away from us.
If you guys get a chance, please check out Black is King on Disney Plus, Vevo, Tidal, and many more.
Once again, thank you so much B
